All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Company.

- Interfere with servers or networks;
- Conduct penetration testing without written authorization.
Company may investigate suspected security violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
7. REVIEW AND MARKETING FEATURES
Users agree that:
- Review requests must comply with applicable laws and platform policies;
- Fake reviews are prohibited;
- Incentivized reviews must comply with applicable regulations;
- Misleading marketing practices are prohibited.
Company shall not be responsible for the actions of third-party review platforms.
8. USER CONTENT
Users are solely responsible for content submitted through the Services.
Users represent and warrant that they possess all rights necessary to use and publish such content.
Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove content believed to violate this Policy.
9. ENFORCEMENT
Company may, in its sole discretion:
- Suspend Services;
- Restrict access;

- Terminate accounts;
- Report unlawful activities to authorities.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice.
10. NO WAIVER
Failure by Company to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

Changes become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Policy.
