5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATIONS

- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal courts located in New Jersey;
- Electronic or physical signature.
Company may forward counter-notifications to the original complaining party.
6. REPEAT INFRINGERS
Company reserves the right to:

- Suspend accounts;
- Restrict access;
- Terminate accounts of repeat infringers;

Company shall not be liable for:

- User-generated content;

Company reserves all protections available under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws.
9. FALSE CLAIMS
Submitting knowingly false copyright claims or counter-notifications may expose the submitting party to legal liability, including damages and attorney fees.
10. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Nothing contained herein shall obligate Company to:
- Monitor content;
- Investigate every claim;
- Remove content absent sufficient information.
Company reserves all rights available under applicable law.
11. MODIFICATIONS
Company reserves the right to amend this DMCA & Copyright Policy at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
